That is probably an eror or a damaged unit. $1700.00 - 1999.00 for a used one sounds alot better. Buyer beware!!

I think Roland selling VA-XX series keyboards VERY well. Not in America, but it doesn't mean they are not welcomed in Europe. And that's a HUGE market. American market is so poor in terms of high-end arrangers that if it's wouldn't be for Europe companies may just abandon top arrangers production.
Anyway, va series is a great machine, please don't disappoint those who never played them.

I agree the VA7 is a very fine unit that most haven't looked into in depth. Here is a great online full demo of theVA7. Take a look it sounds awesome.

The VA7 is selling well here in the UK. Both the VA7 & VA76 are priced the same @ £2200 UK Pounds so making it possibly a better buy if you can manage without speakers.
