I'm just wondering that because each manufacturers of the main brands are working towards an evolution of their products while the SD1 conceptors (al though the evolution with the "plus") seems to rest.

Thank you very much for your reply Fran. I have also heard that the model(s)in work actually would satisfy everybody (76 heavy keys, super ryhtmic base and sound engine and synchro sampling functions...) Nonetheless, it is rather difficult to wait in the stunning context of the Tyros 2 !

I've heard on the grapevine that there are 2 models in the works, but I haven't heard anything about a 76 note, only a 61 note version based on the Midjay module and sounds.

Ketron really has it going on & is addressing the players needs year after year with different concepts, upgraded OS's, Modules, great styles & sounds......
OMG a keyboard with the feel of an SD-1 with a MIDJAY inside?
