1-Space Power Amp

Are those single space amp will work for small venues? Let say 100 - 200 people. Did anybody here tried any of them? which of them is better? I saw the CS-200X made by Peavey. It looks like this is the one I'm looking for because of its size. Anything bigger than this will not work with my setup. The dimension should not exceed 8 inches. Most of them comes in low RMS. Anybody knows any brand/model to recommend?

I have a Peavey digital power amp. 1000 watts, weighs about 9 pounds It is about 7-8 years old and has never missed a beat.
The newer ones have even more power.
