RCF is an italian speaker manufacter. They were originally bought buy mackie a few years back to design and make the current line of mackie speakers.
Mackie then decided to have the speakers made in China and dissolved the company, the Italian goverment decided to get the company back up and running, so long story short, the current RCF speakers are what the mackies would have been if the never dissolved the company.
DB Technologies is a sister company of RCF, basically their design was "borrowed" by Behringer for their new speaker line.
