Strange anomoly ...

A Few day ago, I noticed all the words "the" are now highlighted in yellow on my pc screen. VERY weird. Anyone ever seen this strangeness? Emails, BBS posts ..... everytime the word "the" appears ..... it's highlighted.

Am I nuts?

You are NOT nuts...in this regard.

I had a similar situation not long ago where all kinds of words were highlighted, regardless of what site I was on. And ALL were spyware links to ads.

The solution was to run Spybot, which eliminated the problem.

Dave, I had that on my computer a week or two, ago with the word Gem..It was an add..Run Ad-aware, it will get rid of it..

Here we have a guy making his living as a performer in the music business and he wonders if he's nuts! In reality it's the rest of us who work at jobs we dislike who are really nuts.

Of course, it also erased all the cookies that had my name, passwords, etc stored in different places, but no big deal !
