Musicians have bigger and more sensitive brains than people who do not play instruments, scientists revealed yesterday.

saw this in the paper too.

there they said the research said that the more you played and used your musical thinking, the bigger the brain!

so... stop practising... and your brain shrinks

Did the article say anything about increased intelligence or is it just some kind of swelling?

Incidentally, Einstein's brain weighed nearly 1 pound less than what's considered average. Perhaps smaller brains work better?

if you tilt your head to one side, it all slides together in one lump, and the thoughts don't have so far to travel...

After re-reading the article, I don't see where it implies those with larger brains are more intelligent.... but what do I know, I am just a musician.
