i-30 switch malfunction

Fill 1 , Variation 2 switches are not working , and the fill 2 works if its in the mood to oblige! - service non existant in my country - can anyone suggest anything? iI have already assigned the two assinable switches above the bender to the variation 4 and ending 1.

I know this seems almost too simple, and I know the space around the switches on the i30 (I've owned this most wonderful board for about two years now) is pretty tight, but try to get a little switch cleaner in there. Obvious, I know, but it's the simplest thing to try and it may just do the trick.

Thanks a lot Big Red I appriciate your suggestion - I will try WD-40 and hope it works - but since I am in charge of the complete backings, its very dicey - sometimes the fill 2 plays twice! even if I have hit the button just once!
