Is VA76 a prototype now, or something? - 11/13/05 08:38 PM

It a little strange, none of the online stores like samAsh, Musician's Friend, etc.. dont sell va76,(exept ebay) only one site i found that was selling va76(dont remember the name of the site)and on the bottom of a picture it said:Roland Va76 Prototype... maybe i dont get something... maybe its only here in U.S. like that... try to go to SamAsh or Music123, maybe these stores are not selling it anymore...)

thats the link where it said Va76Prototype: http://messe.harmony-central.com/Musikmesse01/Content/Roland/PR/VA-76.html

Vadim,
That is an anouncement for the namm show in 2001 in Frankfurt, Germany.
So it was a prototype then!

Vadim,
The VA76 was discontinued in the USA last year when the G70 replaced it. The difference is that the G70 cannot be sold at Sam Ash, Guitar Center or any other full line music store but only in smaller piano and organ dealers.
