Computer Parts Northwest Problem

Computer Parts Northwest Problem - 04/27/00 10:17 AM

I order a hard drive for my PSR9000 on April 20. They said they would ship it that day.
It is now the 28th. It has not arrived, they haven't charged my credit card yet, they are not listed in the phone book, and the website seems to be down.
Has anybody else been in contact with them lately? I know a couple of people have used them.

Latest news--now my emails to them are being returned. I think they must have disappeared.

Try www.buy.com.
I have been ordering from them for three years without a problem and they generally have the lowest prices.

Don,

I'm sorry you were inconvenienced by the information in my repost from the PK board. I just repeated the information I'd received and didn't mean it as an endorsement of the opinions on places to buy HDs. I thought the infomation about formatting the 9000 HD was valuable and that was the reason for the post. As long as you made your aborted purchase by credit card you will not suffer a financial loss. Sorry about your loss of time though.

I ordered one through Pricewatch for the same price It will be shipped Monday, so I expect it to be here by Thursday.
