Yamaha XF HELP!!!

Hello guys, is there a software available which can make XF files from MIDI's, I know about XG Works but it does not work in XP, please let me know if anyone knows about any good software which can convert or save as XF file format..

XG Works version 3.07 'does work' in Windows XP:
