Where do you live? I still have one of the video ownners manuals available for the EM2000. Roland stopped making these about 6 months ago and they are hard to find. Let me know if you are interested in buying it. You can probably still buy the actual printed manual from Roland if you contact the distributor in your country, or if you live in the US, any store can order one for you. Usually, the cost is around $30.00 for a manual (only a guess though)
