"WHY DO WE ASSOCIATE SATAN WITH HEAVY METAL. FOR ALL WE KNOW HE COULD LIKE SMOOTH JAZZ"

I've often wondered about that myself; heck, I don't even like heavy metal. And for the record I DO like smooth jazz.

I agree with you Chas. Some of my favorite artists are smooth jazz. Larry Carlton, Lee Ritenour, Spyra Gyra, Steely Dan, Acoustic Alchemy, Frank Gambale, Freddie Ravel, Bobby Caldwell the list goes on.

A mirror image of my list, Nigel, with the addition of Foreplay, my all-time favorite.

Of course !!!!! I think both Lee and Larry have both played in Foreplay over the years. I forgot to mention George Benson who is really the pioneer of smooth jazz. I also enjoy The Rippingtons especially the Moonlighting album with David Benoit. It is pure magic.
