Boo and Pro Love Affair??

Boo and Pro Love Affair?? - 04/12/05 08:56 PM

My sources tell me that Brickboo and Pro have been secretly planning to leave their families and form a touring piano-sax duo. They plan to live out their days on a Cruise Ship somewhere in the Atlantic Ocean.
The fact that they both have left the forum proves this is true.

Had to do SOMETHING to spice things up.

Hey Dom...Both Boo and Jim the Pro are good guys and we really should cut them some slack
I for one hope that they both come back....
Seeing as how you are in the bar anyway, maybe you should offer to buy them a cocktail
or two and just maybe we'll hear from them...

I made it a point to email Boo, so he could see what I've done for him!
By the way, he is already back, just keeping in the background. Maybe this will wake him up.
Shirley Temples are on me. And a margarita for Tony!

Don,
You know that can't be true. Jim might be playing on a ship but not Boo. Everybody knows Boo plays jazz. Jazz sucks and nobody is going to spend good money to hear it being played.

WHOAAAAAAAAAAa there Tom,
We have just done two cruises, one to Alaska and one to Acapulco and the biggest attendance on ship was at the clubs that were playing JAZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ, using a 5 piece combo.
Michigan doesn't know what good Jazz is

Bill,

You are probably talking about good jazz (if there is such a thing). I'm talking about jazz the way Boo and his Norlans buddies murder it.

YO RUSS,
Hey dude, tell me about it. I am married to one of those flat landers from SW KY. When I am playing GOOD jazz she closes my studio door and puts her ears on for the TV

Hey Tom, I know you know what good jazz is because I heard you playing it at our West coast Jam last May.
Why don't you come on over again and take is some of our great Jazz clubs in the San Jose, San Francisco are. Maybe even the Monterey Jazz Festival. It rocks.

You guys are wasting your time. It's impossible for someone who plays three chord junk to irk a guy who can do tunes with 4 chords.

Also I refuse to be sucked into any argument with anyone who thinks any arranger compares to the i30.

The only thing other manufactures have over the i30 is that they are lighter so as bunch of wimps can carry them around.

If you can roll a 375 lb pack of bricks around a job site with a hand brick truck, it shouldn't be a problem to carry 100 yamy's on a cart.

I heard they have an upgrade for the I30 that allows you to plug it in to electricity now!
Someone once asked Hank Williams how many chords he could play on the guitar. He replied, "All three."
How is the I30 holding up to the salty air on the cruise ship?

DonM you have it wrong, his i30 doesn't have the electricity plug, but the more advanced Monkey turning the crank option.

Does any one know the organ grinder ho-down. Now thats a song, it has 5 chords.

PS--I thought they used up the last of the i30s for ship anchors.
