My mom's stumper - 05/14/05 09:25 PM

Okay, I'm sure some of you have heard this but my mom stumped me for an hour with this one and I returned the favor with several people at gigs!
"I have one currently issued U.S. coin in each hand. The total value of the two coins is 30 cents. But one of them is not a nickle."
What are the two coins?

While I got your attention, Question, how do you get a german guitar player to play in Eflat?

Take the batteries out of his Tuner.....LOL... .......Just kidding.....Over here its aimed at country guitar players.......Pose

Don:

No moss growing on your nogg'n. I visioned melting two dimes into one and melting 5 pennies into one......

Hey I got a offer of a Job playing mandolin for a gospel blue grass group, just packin a mando and my mic, Singing harmony backup, sounds like it might be fun, I suggested we name the group the Jeruslem Swingers, may have to switch off on Banjo once in a while, but a very versitile bunch, mando, guitar, slide, fiddle and my daughter is playing bass. Each member plays 2 or three instruments and will switch around. Looks like its gonna be fun, and enclude a bunch of comedy in the act. Will perform for a bunch of churches all over this area. Wanta Jine upp.......Pose

It's a trick question. When you say one is Not a nickel, they think they both aren't nickels. The answer is One is not a nickel, the other one is. Then they usually punch you, lol.

By the way, I had the absolute best time when my dad and I visited Munich, Germany enroute to searching for our Irish anscestors. I remember this huge beer hall that sold beer in liters and giant pretzels--like a foot across. Unfortunately I had five of the beers to wash down the pretzel. Since I was 18 at the time I weighed 120 lbs. Let me tell you I was a BIT under the wheather the next day.
