Also how about a open mike section, for uploading mp3's etc: ( would list another mode but Uncle Dave Might be Lurking.) This could be a better place than being scattered throughout the arranger discussions, havn't put much thought into this (as you can tell). Probably would have to pay royalities in this public place? or something???

ice
1 ounce brandy
1 ounce brown creme de cacao
2 ounces cream
grated nutmeg

place ice, brandy cream de cacao & cream in shaker. shake well. strain into champagne glass, sprinkle lightly with nutmeg.
