.....The TRUTH is ... Rhode Islanders like to THINK they live in the 'frozen north' when in reality RI is about the same latitude as Albany NY ... in fact, over the last few years, RI winters have had less snow than New York City !!! ...RIers are STILL living in the blizzard of '78
