Patty goes into a pub after a round of golf and orders 3 pints of ale ...
He drinks the three pints and off he goes ... After doing this a few weeks the bartender asks him how come he orders 3 pints at a time? Patty explains how he used to drink with his two brothers all the time after golf, and since they moved away, they vowed that whenever one of them played golf he would have 3 pints, as if the other two brothers were with him ... One day Patty comes in and only orders two pints ... the bartender serves him, and figuring the worst, offers his condolences to Patty ... Patty answers the bartender "Oh, me brothers are fine ... it's just that I gave up ale for LENT !!!" ...
