My KN2000has an inmtermittant problem. Some notes get distoted and make a "clanging" sound. Usually the highest A is more often a problem.
Cleaning has been suggested, but I am having a problem getting the top panel off. I removed all the screws, but it still doesn't come off.Does anyone know how to get a technical manual?
