Took to a registered Korg dealer. He advised that he needed two parts. They sent him one and said the other is in back order. I then contacted Korg USA and this is the response I received. I took the keyboard in on or around the 12th of nov. Still waiting.

We have received an ETA for part # GRA0002171. We are expecting this part to arrive in about 60-90 days.

I have been waiting for five weeks and now it look like I will be waiting another 60 to 90 days. THIS WILL BE MY FIRST AND LAST KORG EVER.

Just a update on this Korg. The 60 to 90 days had long passed . The new date is in Mid May. The keyboard has been in the shop since November. I JUST LOVE KORG USA AND THIER CONCERN.

What a ripoff. Consumer protection should be notified. Lloyd
