This question basically turns into an (un)Holy War.
They are basically 2 different animals.
The PMA-5 is a Music Assistant which helps you create music - think through difficult patterns, and captur your ideas.
The QY-70 does the same thing, but is also a synthesizer.
Choose whichever has the easiest interface for you to understand.
