Accordion sounds, FS1R the best Synth? - 03/03/02 11:05 AM

Hello,
I have been doing research for about 1 year, in trying to find the best way to generate real sounding accordion and bandoneon sounds. I have tried Giga Studio with samples (doesn't play samples true to realism), and a Roland XV-5080, (good sounds but poor low end response). It takes multi timbral patches to create the best sounds, and I will need 3 patches in total (lead, bass and bass chord sounds, which are all individual notes). Some other modules SultonX4, and the Orla Accordion module are poorly done. The Roland is the best so far. An individual from Yamaha told me of the FS1R, and the Technology. Does anyone know if it is appropriate for the above needs? Or even better, a more viable solution?
Thanks,
Rich Rys

Well, cant understand that you were not happy with GigaSampler, GigaSampler should be the only program who can do that in a realistic style because of max. 4gb sample data! Well, maybe you should buy an other sample cd, i think, no synth could do that in the way you want, check out www.bestservice.de, it's a germany company who owns a lot of sampling cd's around with online streaming demos, maybe you will find here what you need...?!
