PSR2100

I have been attempting to buy the specific software for this Portatone (yamaha PSR2100) It was called PC Music studio and made it possible to link the keyboard itself to the computer so one could print off the scores. I am now finding that this software is obselete. Is there another software program available that is compatible with the PSR2100 with the same type of capabilities? The most important thing we need is the ability to compose the music and print off the scores. There are many many software programs out there, but we are not sure which would work best? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

There are very many programs that can do what you wish. YOu do not need one that is specific to your PSR-2100.

Look at Sibelius and Finale for deluxe versions of scoring software. There are less expensive packages that concentrate mainly on editing your work, such as Cakewalk and PowerTracks, but they can also create scores.
