I just bought a PSR-500 and I'm using it
on a laptop with Win95, through a Portman PC/P midi adapter. Now I have the problem
of mapping General MIDI data to play on the PSR-500 voices and percussions. One way is using IDFEdit to generate an .IDF
(Instrument Definition File) file, by mapping instruments and percussions one-by-one.
I was wondering if somebody has already done an .IDF file for the PSR-500 and would be willing to send it to me. Thanks.
