Yamaha SY22 Startup Problem

Does anyone know how to reset the SY22 to its factory default settings? When I turn mine on, I get nothing, except a "Nice to meet you" message. I get no response from any other buttons, etc.

Sounds serious!
I I were you I'd probably let a technician take a look at it.
