PSR740 simple function I can not figure out - 06/14/00 07:30 AM

I just got my PSR740 about a week ago and am loving it so far.

Just needed some help on something. I have no problem recording, but after I stop recording it asks me if I want to save the current song onto a disk. I would like to hear it first to see what it sounds like but I can't figure out how to do that. I've tried pressing the start/stop button again to see if anything happens, but nothing.

Anyone please help!!

Armando

I have a PSR 540 and even though I don't use the sequencer all that much ( I prefer Cakewalk) I did play with it enough to notice the same thing. The bad news is that you do have to save to disk before playing, if there is another way around it I have not seen it.

I too have a PSR-740 which I dearly love but I'm afraid you must record the music onto the diskette before you listen to it, at leaset I have found no other way either. It is not really a problem to me though. I do use external software (cakewalk etc.)to do recordings too. That unit is one FUN machine!
