ks bluetooth adapter - 01/10/18 02:00 PM

Just thought I would share this with members just purchased a ks Bluetooth adapter new for £9.99 from Sainsbury's plugged it into the left and right inputs on the back of the kn6000 keyboard with adapters and works great connects my phone to the kit and plays out through the keyboard speakers and my amp and speakers, play songs from youtube just find the key you control volume from your phone/tablet/laptop and the volume on the keyboard turns just the keyboard up so you can play at any volume above the song. Sounds great quality through the keyboard speakers. Great for the price can be used in any aux port and then the device will connect to bluetooth.

Trouble with Bluetooth is it has a nominal maximum travel distance of 10 metres which isn't quite enough for stage use, as that would cut out all the leads trailing across the stage.

Hello Roger,

This sounds interesting. I have Bluetooth facilities on various items in my music room but do not know how to connect to it. I'd appreciate your help with this as I'd like to use it.
For your information, I do have an active Wi-Fi system in the room also.

Regards, Audrey T

If you have an ipad or an iphone you will find that it has the facility to send sound via the thin air (bluetooth) to a unit which is a bluetooth receiver. You can buy bluetooth receivers quite cheaply in Amazon which could be plugged into the back of your keyboard and receive music from your ipad say...providing your ipad is not more than 10 metres away from your keyboard.
What you would need to do is turn on the bluetooth in your iphone or ipad and then link it to whatever bluetooth receiver shows up/is listed on your iphone or ipad.

...Not only iThingys... Most Andriod devices (Phones, Tablets etc.) also have Bluetooth built in...
