Many Happy Returns on your Birthday Roger.
I received a letter today telling me that because of the low interest rate, my pension is not going down, but neither is it going up, so if you're thinking of celebrating with an increase in pension - forget it?
In the same post, I received a letter from the local Council telling me the Community Charge is going up £8 per month. What a world we live in! Thank goodness for our keyboards eh?
