Your KN7000 sequencer will only record 'events' which are actually generated by the KN7000, during the recording process. 'Events' are classed as key presses, Auto Accompaniment(APC), plus any control button presses etc. These are all Digital events which occur during a recording, and together, they form the actual Sequence. The sequencer does not record any sounds as such - just a series of Digital Instructions, (similar to a MIDI file) which are then used during playback, to trigger the KN7000's sound generating modules, effects modules and other circuits within the instrument.
So, any external audio source connected to the KN7000 Line Inputs, will not be included within the sequencer.

Record both keyboards in audio. Output of the second keyboard into the input of your KN7 – you have a volume control on the Kn7 so you can get balance between the keyboards. Output from you Kn7 to your recording device.
Bill gave you an in depth view which simply states it is not possible to do what you are trying to do.
