Virus a noise problem.. ? ( soundfile to explain)

hello, i dont know if someone can help me .. i think its the power suply but im not sure.. there is the audio file

and now theres no sound .. only the noise...
i tried to change wires ..

What wires?
What were you trying to play?
Were you listening through earphones and forgot to remove the earphone plug?
