Technics styles player? - 07/07/03 12:35 PM

Hi
I would like to know if is there any way to listen technics styles on my pc.
I know there are PC style players for Yamaha styles, which use midi format.
Any similar for Technics styles?
It would be very interesting for persons, as me, which want to know better a KN keyboard, and can't play it in their city.
Cheers

The only way I know is to make an MP3 or similar format.

Hi,
actually I think Yamaha's .sty files are the only brand that can be played on a pc. Possibly due to them being based on a midifile.

Even if a kn style was playable on a pc, you wouldn't get true representaion as I'm not aware of a KN type soft synth for a pc?

As mentioned earlier, the only possible way might be via an mp3.
Does anybody know of a site that has kn7 demo's in mp3 format?

best wishes
Rikki

Hi Bluebird,
Go to the homepage of Walt Tenay http://www.wtenaykeyboardstudios.com/SK-KN7000.html There you find some in Winamp-format.
On my CELS-site, under KN7000-stuff (see profile) you can find 3 organ-demo's in MP3-format of the KN700.
Greetings,
Cees.
