EW sound cards

I was trying to find a Roland Piano sound like heard in the into to Law and Order on TV but have not heard anything so I will assume there is no standard way to do that. So Iwas looking at my Getting The Most From Your KN7000 manual and they talk about EW sound card add ons and they say EW01 and EW03 have some additional piano sounds. Does anyone have any knowledge of these sounds and also where do you get these cards from?
