Need manual For Technote CD

When I purchased my used KN7000 I received a CD from Technote titled "Getting The Most From Your KN7000" It apparently has a manual that was to be with the CD that walks you thru various pieces of info about the keyboard. I'd like to know if anyone knows how to get a copy of that manual.

Isn't the manual on the disk anywhere?
