This is one of many, many songs composed by Nacio Herb Brown who was born in the little town of Deming, New Mexico. Most of his work was for Hollywood musical films and many of them have never been published.
Every year I drive to Deming which is just 50 miles away and play a concert of his music in honor of his birthday which is on February 22.
This year the concert is on Friday the 24th.
So, I have the music of many of his songs that I can supply.
Keep it in mind if you need others.

Did you get the items you requested? I am strictly an ear player, but could supply you with the chords that I hear when I try playing that lovely song, but not in "dot" form--just the melody notes listed with the accompanying chord(s). Would that help? I play it in the key of F (my favorite key!). Let me know.
