new technical support sheets on kn7000 website

There are two new technical support sheets on the kn7000 website.
One about the audio recorder and the other one about slide show.

Also under shareware : suggested songs for the kn7000

Alain - I've had the same problem. I'm not very expert in these things but I've opened that file using WordPad and it seems as though it's been written using Excel (which I don't have). No doubt someone will find the answer.

I have a excell but it doesn't work ...there are some sheets missing.

The PDF file can be opened by using Acrobat Reader which is free from: http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html
This is a wise choice, since it works in both PC’s and Mac’s.

Hi Frank. You've just lost me. I've got acrobat reader, but the file isn't .pdf Just an html document - or am I doing something wrong???

John is talking about the technical support sheets in pdf format and not the shareware.

I don't know what is wrong. I just check it again to be sure I wasn't misleading you and it works fine for me. I know that if I use AOL it will not recognize a PDF file on my computer, but that is just one many strange things about AOL.

the music styles document is not pdf, it is an excel document saved as a web page which can be viewed in your web browser offline so you don't need excel. The 2 data sheets for original format and sorted by song title are missing links, so we will just have to wait for it to be fixed on the server, presumably next week.

I can't make sense of it either The extension '.htm' suggests that you should be able to open it in Internet Explorer but trying this, just produces 'This Page cannot be displayed.'
Looking at the text, if it is loaded into a text editor, reveals a typical source program, ready for compiling into a Target program (Object code)which would then run correctly.
Perhaps the Source file has been mistakenly posted, instead of the Object file.

They have deleted the file that could be downloaded ..so I suppose they will solve this problem any day now.

the music styles download is working now; unzip the folder and double click on the Music Styles KN7000.htm file.
