Want to buy a Technics KN-1000

I'm looking to purchase a Technics KN-1000 keyboard to have as a spare in case of a failure such as we experienced when our KN-5000 had a disk drive failure. We were lucky that we had another one available. If our KN 1000 goes down, we would be minus 200 songs on our gigs. Welcome to the Technics Forum. I see you are not getting many replies on this but there don't seem to be many 1000's amongst the members here anymore. Did you get your 5000 repaired ok?
I received your email and I find that we did know each other and played together at least once when you were blowing tenor. I recall that was about 30 years ago. It is a small world anymore.
My wife is in recovery from a heart attack and my time is limited right now but will answer your email asap.
