OT Oulook Express Problem

I have an error with one file I sent out. Now everytime I want to send an e-mail, the error comes up about the one file, but won't send any.

How do I clear this out ?

Is the email still in your 'Outbox'? If so, just delete it from there.

I found out that My mail outgoing server is down.
