It was sent to your email address as listed here at 8:47 AM Australian Eastern Time on Sat 15th July. If I remember my time zones correctly this would equate to 23:47 Hrs on Friday 14th UK daylight saving time. If you send me an email I will try sending it again as a reply.

Hi Derek,

This time I got a message back to say that your mailbox is not accepting mail from my address. It should be noted that due to an idiosyncrasy with my server my emails are shown as originating from my original email address, not the one currently shown in my profile although I continue to receive emails forwarded to either address.
