Hi Alec, can you tell me what parameters are used in the Panasonic Audio recorder, for conversion to MP3? (xxxKHz and xxxbps)

Hi Willum,
the answers on page 58; 22 and 56. It's really only for dial-up attachments to save space, the wma is better from this particular application purely because there's twice a much resolution from the encoder settings.

In the Jukebox conversion page you have a choice of selecting:

MP3 -> Secure MP3
or
MP3 -> Secure AAC

Why the choice, and what does AAC stand for ?

Thanks

To Quote from Alec's Book.....
"AAC (originally MPEG Layer 2, Non backward compatible, or MPEG2 AAC to give it it's full name!) is Advanced Audio Coding, a superior format to MP3 used when encoding SD audio to the SD cards. This can give the same quality as MP3 in a smaller file size, or superior quality in the same file size"
