Drawbars - 02/07/05 12:03 PM

Hi Folks.
I am trying to find some good settings for the drawbars.
I have the KN2600,but It would think it would be the same For the KN7000!.Is that a good assumption?.
I have looked on the www. using Google. but found nothing. Anyone know a site?. Or, do any members have some favourite setting they would share.
The settings I am interested in are Jazz organs, the old Hammond sounds. I think are great. Setting for the right and left hand. If Possible.
Kind Regards.
Joe.

Hi Joe.
Somewhere in my archive of music I have a book on Hammond Drawbar settings.I've have a look and see if I can find it.
The old way it was done on the old hammonds
was to go by shapes of the drawbars, because when you used to change things on the 'fly' it was easier to remember shapes than it was to remember actual settings. It is a little more difficult to change drawbars on the KN7000 because you have do with the buttons but it's not impossible.
If you want jazz setting s then you will need to include the percussive drawbars but not all at one time.
Regards
Peter B.
p.s. Tremolo/Vibrato/Delay settings will also make a difference to the overall jazz sound.
