HD-SX3 Newbie HELP !!! - 10/29/03 10:55 PM

I have just managed to install an Sx3 drive on my 6500. While test pressing the various controls I came across a screen titled JUKEBOX which sounds just like what I am looking for. Try as I may I cannot find this screen again and wonder if you would be good enough to assist me. I am just finding out about an improved instruction book but I have yet to find where I can get a copy. Regards, George.

HI George,
Welcome to the Technics Forum with your first post. We are happy to have you here.
We have many members that installed that hard drive in their KN6/6500 keyboards so you should get all the help you need right here.
Thanks for joining us. Best to you

Hi

Go into one directory of your HDD. (Press Select Song, pick one directorie then press OK). Press the button number 4 from right side under your display. The page button is not included. Now the Jukebox display will showe up. You can select songs but never play them. If you find out please let me know.
I think this function only works on SX6HDD.

What kind of flash version do you have? When i got mine from Technote i get the wrong version. The right version of the Sx3 flash should be V1.0 rev 2. If you had one older version i can mail you the correct version.
