Problem with KN7000 Mains Out?

HI ALL,
Looking for help with problem in new KN7000 I just received.
NO MAINS OUT unless I plug an amp into both R and L and then only get sound from the R.
Using a pair of KB100's. Switching amps just moves sound to other amp. No signal from L Port.
Is this switchable anywhere in the keyboard?
I can't find anything other then switching monitor (internal sound) off and on

Hi Bill

Try to go to:

Program Menus
Separate out setting

Look there set to OFF

or

Try to Initialize Performance

And test your conections cables

Thank you for your reply. Those were the first things to be checked and they are correctly set up. The cables check out, the keyboard was initialized.
The sub outs work ok.
The left main is dead. It is a factory defect and will need to be repaired under by their techs.

HI ALL,
I swithced over to another pair of amps and everything seems to be ok now.
I then went back and hooked up the KN6000 to the first set of amps and then had the same problem with the KN6000.
I am thinking I got a problem with a volume pot on one of the big amps. I moved the cable from amp in # 1 to # 2 and it works fine so......... Looks like all is well with the KN7. PTL
I guess i will need to have a new volume pot put in one of the big amps for imput # 1.
