Anyone know where to find MSB/LSB no's for MIDI

I have a WSA-1 synth with user manual and ref guide. I need to know the MSB/LSB numbers used to send bank change data to the sequencer. I've looked through the documentation and there's plenty of numbers related to MIDI but none that specifically relate to the bank select stuff I need. The settings in the MIDI Config of the synth itself are 0/OFF, so that's no help either. The banks are named USR 1...n, the screen shows the patches are prefixed 00 (001...00n).
