Well gather Lililacs

Does anyone out there have the music or better still make an Mp3 of the song:- We'll Gather Lilacs In the Spring again by Ivor Novello I have recently had a death in the family overseas in Florida USA There is to be a memorial service on Saturday and I have been requested to record and E mail the music of this song in order that it be played at the service. Unfortunately I do not have the music nor can I play it by ear
so if anyone can help me out here Id be so very grateful
