Don't bother reading. its sour grapes from Key of G. To do a comparison you need to be objective and give equal space to both keyboards not one liners to the kn6000 followed by a half page telling you how wonderfull the psr9000 is. Having looked in other discussion groups there are a lot of unhappy yamaha owners out there so next time you decide to do a comparison either do it for 2 keyboards you don't own or try and do it less biased as your comparison comes across as sour grapes on your part

I think the report is well-balanced, if slanted towards the person who is more intimately familiar with the Technics instruments. In most cases, the comparison describes the different implementations of a function on the two keyboards, unless there is no corresponding function and you can only write about an instrument which does have it.

Though I don't currently own either KN6000 or PSR9000, I also agree with the implied conclusion of the report: the Yamaha offers many more features than the Technics, and for much less money. Of course, the way an instrument sounds is a subjective criteria, but I don't feel that either one has a big advantage there.

The great thing about this forum is that we can all voice our opinions even if others disagree with us, provided we do it in a civilized fashion.

I think that George's opinion is sufficiently substantiated for anyone to understand why he likes the Yamaha over the KN6000.
