KN6000 & Solton MS40

Has anyone had any experience in Connecting the two together via midi? Used to use a KN1200 with the MS40 (no problem). The KN6000 does not seem to want to play. Can I set a Global TX channel on the KN6000?

Any help would be greatly accepted....
