Method of Saving Sequences - 09/01/05 04:48 PM

The conversion of my Ensoniq sequences is moving along....albeit slowly. Much thanks to John C., Bernie A, and Bill Norrie for their patience and understanding, lol.
I've found that when I saved a converted sequence (after I revoiced it with the KN7 sounds) it plays back fine, but DON'T try to change a voice so that you can accompany yourself. Obviously, this must have something to do with the way I saved it. How do I save the sequence so that I can change voices etc. and play some riffs and fills along with the sequence??

Jim, if rt1 or rt2 is used in your sequence then when you select a voice--(RT1 OR RT2)--to play alone with the sequence the sequence sounds bad.

If and I'm guessing, is the problem, what is written on either rt1 or rt2 must be changed to a different track leaving rt1 and rt2 free for you to select a instrument to play along with.

Will check the sequence in the morning. And no, you are not a pain in the whatever you said.

John C.
