I don't know if Technics will stop making keyboard but if you take a look on the market the Audio brand "Technics" aren't longer on the market ?????

All tou could found on ther web site is the turntable, no sound system.

May be they will keep only the keyboard....

Hi JM,

I don't know where you were trying to source Technics products from but here, UK, there are hundreds of their audio products available from the cheapest (bulk) at Argos to the most expensive (specialist) at Richer Sounds in London. Most of the stuff at Argos is MINI and MIDI systems whereas the specialist shops deal with Hi-Fi seperates.

To be honest, we brought a new sound system about six months ago. The first one we looked at was Technics but then the nice man showed us the same system from Kenwood but at about 20% less. There was no difference in either size, sound quality or output, so you can imagine what we used the Amex for...

Well, noone knows for sure yet, that's the "problem".
Only a lot of rumours, but as there are no rumours
about any new models/upgrades or noone from Technics
or the dealers deny anything we have to wait and see.
The models already produced will last for many years
to come I guess.

It's the same factory who produce Panasonic too, so
there are still a lot of Audio at the market.
