KN7000 Website problem?

I have not been able to access www.technicskn7000.com for a couple of days. I get the following error message.
HTTP Error 403 - Forbidden
Internet Explorer
Anyone else having trouble or have any suggestions for me. I have accessed the site in the past many times with no difficulty.

This link should have opened, but they have called the startpage
home.asp instead of index, then you have to use the whole string.

Hmmm, that should be very easy to fix. Wonder why they do not fix it. I sent them an email about the issue.
