Noisy KN2000

Please help as new to site.
My new KN2600 has low noise off speakers/phones when volume level is low or off ?? is this normal.
It is noy near any interferance/rf etc.
Dors not appear to be on line out.
Can anyboby advise, might need to return !

Hi John, I don't know how much residual noise is 'normally' present on a KN2600, since I don't have that model. However, you could go back to your dealer, taking your headphones with you and ask to listen to another KN2600 - assuming he has one in stock

If it appears much quieter then you may have a problem on your keyboard which should be corrected under guarantee.
