Bluetooth

Hello everyone, has anyone ever successfully managed a Bluetooth/wireless out from an audio interface for in ear monitoring? an example would be when you see someone live on stage they have a wireless ear piece, is this possible from DAW to interface to in ear monitoring?
any advice truly appreciated

I tried it a couple of gigs ago with a bluetooth transmitter/receiver plugged into my mixer and my Jabra earbuds. Total waste of time! The connection came and went and the time lag was unworkable. I would also love to hear of any successful method
